Keita is a Las Vegas native who began her career at the age of 17 as an intern with Station Casinos in the room reservations department. For the first 10 years of her career she worked in various hospitality positions such as technical hotel / call center trainer, Supervisor, Revenue management and Sales /Catering.

She was presented with an opportunity to be an Executive Assistant to a VP to get a glimpse of her long term dream job. While in that position for 5 years that VP taught her about financials and gaming areas where she was offered her first gaming management role.
The wonderful world of Bingo and Keno was a huge fear and now found passion. She started out as Bingo manager of Texas Station, assisted with designing and opening a brand new bingo and keno areas at Palace Station, promoted to a Luxury property at Red Rock Resort and now Corporate Director of Ancillary gaming overseeing 6 properties.

Her goal is to change the perception of Bingo and Keno using innovation, social media marketing, mobile apps, and creating a no judgement environment. Some of her accomplishments was taking a department historically earning very little profit to her first year as Director 2021 profits north of $2.8million. Her as well as her team worked very hard attacking the social media platforms showcasing our “party” bingo sessions, our spunky personalities via tik tok and “How to” videos showing that bingo doesn’t have to be intimidating. Shouting “Bingo” is exciting!

Scott in his 33rd year in Gaming, he began this career in 1987 with various roles in hosting and player development, then moved into the operational side of gaming in 1991 with the transition of Little Six Casino to class III gaming; and then evolvement into Mystic Lake Casino. After 7yrs at Mystic Lake in senior positions within Table Games, he then moved on to a Director role at The Mill Casino in Oregon. In 2000, Scott took a VP role with Grand Casinos and the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, and now in his 19th year with the Mille Lacs Band has evolved into a corporate gaming development role with Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures, the parent company of Grand Casinos of Minnesota.

Brian Hoeffner is a member of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe and currently the Director of Bingo at Casino Del Sol in Tucson, Arizona. With 24 years of experience in the gaming industry, he has work in the areas of Slots, Bingo, Blackjack, Poker, Tribal Gaming and Security. He is a Graduate of The University of Arizona’s Eller Executive MBA program, University of Nevada Reno Executive Succession Program, Greater Tucson Leadership, and Rapport Leadership.
